Mastercard has informed us that the service degradation for Decision Intelligence, Fraud Rules Manager and Safety Net has been resolved.

Update
Mastercard Network has been partially resolved for Decision Management real-time authorization transaction services for Decision Intelligence services and AAV dynamic linking services.

Customers may have experienced intermittent failures or declines. Some customers may continue to see missing DI score from Decision Intelligence, and no further impact to real-time authorization declines expected.

Mastercard teams continue urgently working to mitigate the issue and restore service to all customers.
