Delayed transaction visibility on Dashboard

Between 08:52 PM (GMT-3) and 10:40 PM(GMT-3), some Dashboard users may have experienced anomalous behavior in transaction views, where the most recent transactions were not displayed as expected.

The issue temporarily affected data synchronization for transaction displays and has now been fully resolved. Transaction information is currently updating and displaying correctly.

No transactions were lost, and the impact was limited to data visibility within the Dashboard.

We are reviewing additional measures to reduce the likelihood of similar issues in the future.
